Our staff

Oxendon House has an experienced manager who leads a qualified and experienced care team who are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We continually invest in training our staff to help them develop and gain NVQ qualifications in care. This helps us to continue to improve the care provided to all residents.

We are very proud of the long length of service of many of our staff, which helps us to provide a stable and caring environment for our residents. We also have an experienced and innovative activities co-ordinator who organises a wide range of social activities to encourage residents to enjoy their stay to the full.
